Dom’s First Meal of the Day with Blood Results (V1)

Jul 13, 2018

Hi Everybody,

I’m using this blog to tackle a few FAQs.

Two questions that keep coming up are what time restricted eating protocol (aka IF) do I follow and what is my typical 1st meal of the day. I’m using yesterday as an example, but this varies considerably.  My 1st meal yesterday was at 2pm and consisted of 1 can Wild Planet Sardines, 1 TBS Avocado-based Mayo, BHB salts + MCT oil. Note that eating this meal actually decreased glucose and increased blood ketones (lowering GKI).

10g Dom’s own exogenous ketones (confidential) 3/4 TBS Metagenics MCT oil
10g F / 0g P / 0g C
1 pack of Wild Planet sardines in extra virgin olive oil
9g F / 18g P / 0g C
1 TBS Primal Kitchen mayo
12g F / 0g P / 0g C
