Nui Cookies *GIVEAWAY* Review + Blood Results!

Oct 16, 2018

As you know, we over at KetoNutrition love to self-experiment. We are testing new products almost daily! This time around we got to testing cookies (there seems to be a trend here… if you haven’t checked out our previous post reviewing the Quest Protein Cookies). Some might say cookies are our guilty pleasure, but we say just pure pleasure, since there ARE cookies that won’t kick you out of ketosis and Nui Cookies are one of them!

Nui Cookies (formerly known as Keto Kookies) are high-fat-very-low-carb cookies well-suited for a ketogenic diet or anyone trying to reduce their carbohydrates. Most grab-and-go foods, even some “low-carb” options, can really mess with your blood glucose, but as you can see from our results, Nui Cookies did not produce a dramatic glucose response. Sometimes you crave a good cookie, even on keto, and Nui Cookies allow you to indulge while staying in ketosis. What we like is that they don’t use any artificial sweeteners, or ingredients you’ve never heard of, and they even include Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT) to promote ketogenesis.

There was certainly no arm twisting to get us testing these cookies, and the best part was that one serving is TWO cookies! KetoNutrition is excited to continue unbiased testing of new products emerging on the market. We enjoy the process and are learning from the experience and hope that this information helps with adherence and compliance to a low-carb/keto lifestyle
